Anita is the Chief Executive Officer of Anita Erskine Media (a content production and distribution venture, which she began in 2016), a professional Commère, TV host, Entrepreneur, Producer, Moderator, Actress and Keynote Speaker. As an African Entrepreneur, Anita takes interest in opportunities that encourage women and the youth to pursue innovations especially designed to cater to Africa’s unique needs.
Anita is also the Co-founder of the Annual STEM Woman Project, which provides leading women in STEM the platform to meet, connect, inspire and Interact with young female STEM students around the world.
In the year 2020, she became the Official Host of “Africa’s Business Heroes“, the Jack Ma foundation’s flagship Philanthropic Entrepreneur program in Africa, which has given her an opportunity to come in contact with over 10,000 African Entrepreneurs every year.
Her passion for Entrepreneurship, Women in Leadership, Girls empowerment and technology as a key enabler of sustainability in Africa, is unmatched. Her professional experience spans for more than two 2 decades in media, in Canada, parts of Europe, west, central and southern Africa. Anita’s career is driven by her belief in women and Girls taking center stage in conversations around the world to help break the biased.
