Objectives

  1. Create more avenues for young women to achieve their goals towards self-development
  2. Protect vulnerable women from compromising as they seek to develop themselves
  3. Create a meeting point between women achievers and upcoming women (especially the disadvantaged)
  4. Provide counselling to women who are not so sure of themselves or of what they want to do in life
  5. Eventually close the gender gap at the executive level of corporate leadership/Female business leadership.

All our programmes are geared towards contributing to the attainment of SDG 5: Gender Equality and creating a better life for the family as a whole.

Expected Results

Better opportunity given to women to exhibit their potentials and fulfill their destinies

Women’s participation in nation building increased (higher contribution to the national economy)

Women empowered to improve their incomes and achieve their dreams

More women are given the opportunity to rise higher thereby closing the gender gap that exists in the business place, particularly at the high executive level.
