Objectives

1. Create more avenues for women from the tertiary level to achieve their goals in life
2. Create a meeting point between women achievers and upcoming women from different levels of the corporate executive ladder
3. Provide counselling to women who are not so sure of themselves or of what they want to do in life
4. Close the gender gap at the executive level of corporate leadership/Female business leaders
5. Protect women from compromising their dignity as they move up.
